This <br /> equipment allows rescue personnel responding to a motor vehicle collision to rapidly gain access <br /> to the victim. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the State of Hawai`i <br /> Department of Transportation for this grant.
