BEING UNDERTAKEN BY THE COUNTY
In compliance with Section 1.150-2 of the Treasury Regulations, this resolution
declares the County’s intent to reimburse itself for expenses related to the
emergency road projects in Lower Puna necessitated by the June 27 lava flow.
The County intends to authorize and issue general obligation bonds not to exceed
$20 million to replenish funds that have been provided in advance of such bond
authorization and issuance.
