EASEMENT D-2 <br />FOR DRAINAGE AND SLOPE PURPOSES <br />LAND SITUATED AT WAIAKEA, SOUTH HILO, <br />ISLAND OF HAWAII, HAWAII. <br />Being a portion of Grant 15,102 to Hawaii Housing Authority. <br />Being also a portion of Lot A-1. <br />Beginning at the southwest corner of this easement, being also the southwest corner of <br />Lot A-1 and on the northeasterly side of Kapiolani Street, the coordinates of said point of <br />beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALAI", being 3,274.54 feet <br />South and 5,203.07 feet East, thence running by azimuths measured clockwise from true South: <br />1. 1480 10' 5.84 feet along Kapiolani Street; <br />2.
