COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />5G? 14 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR PARKING BUMPER REPLACEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, deteriorated parking bumpers need to be replaced in the parking lot known <br />as Isles, which is located off of Lihiwai Street and across from Lili`uokalani Gardens; and <br />WHEREAS, parking bumpers are used to prevent vehicles from driving over the dock <br />and into the ocean; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to <br />the Department of Parks and Recreation for the replacement of parking bumpers; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: GENERAL <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $2,215 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk -Council SVC — Contingency Relief $2,215 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.500.5505.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $2,215 <br />Parks Maint OCE <br />229 Bldg & Construction Materials <br />(Parking Bumpers) <br />
