MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT <br /> GRANT OF MAUI FIRE DEPARTMENT RELIEF TANKER 14 <br /> TO <br /> HAWAII COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> This MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT made this day of <br /> , 20 , by and between the County of Maui , <br /> Department of Fire and Public Safety, whose address is 200 Dairy <br /> Road, Kahului, Hawaii 96732 ( "Fire" ) , and the Hawaii Fire <br /> Department , whose address is 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawaii <br /> 96720 ( "HIED" ) . <br /> II <br /> WITNESSETH : <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Maui is the owner of Relief Tanker 14 ; <br /> anh <br /> WHEREAS, Relief Tanker 14 is no longer necessary as a relief <br /> apparatus; and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 2 . 72 . 054 , Maui County Code, states that the <br /> Director of Finance may authorize the grant of personal property <br /> for which the county no longer use, to a governmental entity; and <br /> WHEREAS, Fire desires to grant ownership of Relief Tanker 14 <br /> to HIFD; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> FURTHER WITNESSETH THAT : <br /> Fire, for and in consideration of HIFD' s covenants and <br /> agreements set forth herein, agrees to grant ownership of Relief <br /> Tanker 14 to HIFD and HIFD accepts Fire' s grant of ownership of <br /> Relief Tanker 14 subject to the covenants and agreements set forth <br /> below: <br /> 1 . Relief Tanker 14 Description: <br /> a . License Number: MFD 2014 <br /> h . Vehicle Identification Number: 1NPALUOX16N871784 <br /> c . 2006 Peterbilt Chassis <br /> E-One tanker body "high side" <br />
