PC -79 Page 2 November 6, 2014 <br />Ms. Wille began discussion by reiterating Mr Fuke's statement advising <br />the applicant has accepted the conditions requested by the Planning <br />Director and the Planning Commissions. Mr. Onishi continued discussion <br />by inquiring with Mr. Fuke if affordable housing or a rental system could <br />be a possibility after the rezoning. Mr. Fuke advised the application is to <br />rezone for commercial purposes, therefore, it is an option. No further <br />discussion was held. <br />AMENDMENTS: Comm.
