BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />The lease on the copier currently in use has expired. The present machine is over 14 years old and is <br />constantly needing repairs which causes many non - operational periods. The Department of Parks & <br />Recreation, Recreation Divison would like to replace the current lease at the Recreation Division Hoolulu <br />Complex Office. <br />The Department is anticipating a monthly lease for the machine of no more than $240.00 per month which <br />includes 5,000 copies. <br />SIGNED: 004_f DATE: 111%;414 <br />Department Head <br />
