BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />At June 30, 2014, there was a total of $3,385,788.63 of lapsed Fuel Tax Increase funds which need to be <br />reappropriated in order for the Department of Public Works to expend them.
