COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 11 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 14 -82, AS AMENDED, RELATING <br />TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />JULY 1, 2014 TO JUNE 30, 2015. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 14 -82, as amended, Relating to Public <br />Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015, <br />is hereby amended by adding the following project: <br />PUBLIC WORKS: <br />Mass Trans Maint. & Baseyard Facility — Federal <br />(110.199.5191.55) $ 4,000,000 <br />Mass Trans Maint. & Baseyard Facility — County <br />(110.199.5191.56) $ 6,000,000 <br />SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from: <br />Federal Grants Receivable $ 4,000,000 <br />General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - Fund Balance <br />and /or other Sources $ 6,000,000 <br />SECTION 3.
