No. 38-15 Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred Resolution No. 38-15, reports as follows: Resolution No. 38-15, transmitted by Deputy Corporation Counsel Katherine A. Garson, via Communication No. 49 dated December 17, 2014, accepts the dedication of Road Lot 33 (Kamanu Street Stub-out/Extension), Road Lot 34 (Kaiakoili Street), Road Lot 35 (Maiau Street), Road Lot 36 (Kauhola Street), Road Lot 37 (Olowalu Street); and Road Lot 38 (Kamanu Street Widening) Tax Map Keys: 7-3-051:131, 132, 133, 134, 135, and 136, of the Kaloko Light Industrial Subdivision, Phase III, being also a portion of Royal Patent 8214, Land Commission Award 7715, Apana 11 to Lot A Kamehameha, situate at Kaloko, District of North Kona, Island of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, from TSA, LLC. The streets contain areas of 0.560, 0.852, 0.825, 0.823, 0.998, and 0.249 acre, respectively. There was no discussion on this measure.
