No. 48/ Bill No. 13 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 13, reports as follows: <br />Bill No. 13, transmitted by Finance Director Nancy Crawford, via Communication No. 48 dated <br />December 17, 2014, amends Ordinance No. 14-81, as amended, the Operating Budget for the <br />County of Hawaii for the fiscal year July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015. <br />This bill appropriates revenue as follows: <br />Accnnnt Nn Crnirce <br />020.3609.08 Fund Balance From Previous <br />Year - Reserve <br />Fund Amount <br />Highway <br />$54,000.40 <br />Total $54,000.40 <br />The above described is appropriated to the following fund and expenditure accounts as follows: <br />Account No. Function and Activity <br />020.801.5801.34 Transfer to Capital Projects <br />Fund - Highway <br />Fund Amount <br />Highway <br />$540.40 <br />Total $54,000.40 <br />This bill appropriates excess revenue to the Capital Projects Fund in order to be expended by the <br />Department of Public Works. <br />There was no discussion on this measurc. <br />Pursuant to Section 46-7, Hawaii Revised Statutes; County departments must obtain the consent <br />of the Council to enter into agreements with the Federal or State governments or any other public <br />body or bodies respecting action to be taken pursuant to any powers granted by law to furnish, <br />expend, and receive any funds or other assistance in connection with projects being or to be <br />undertaken pursuant to those powers. <br />FC Report No. 5 <br />
