COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 309 <br />ORDINANCE NO. '15 7 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 6, SECTION 24 -288, <br />SCHEDULE 36 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), <br />RELATING TO FREIGHT LOADING ZONES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL, OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. This amendment is being proposed based on a request from the adjacent <br />property owner because the current loading zone is impeding the use of her driveway. The subject <br />driveway was formerly not used, but due to a change in ownership and new use of the space, the <br />County should to provide clear access to the driveway. <br />SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 6, section 24 -288, schedule 36. <br />Freight loading zones, paragraph (c) South Hilo is amended by deleting existing item (4) and <br />renumbering as required: <br />[(4y —Tg mat: r a „theast- (P -una) -side frees a -}�ei� }rte - -i noin�a� <br />. � &WIN • _ _ • :. :. <br />SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. In printing this ordinance, <br />the brackets and bracketed and stricken material need not be included. <br />SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br />to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br />applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, <br />and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />
