TERM OF CONTRACT. <br />This Contract shall be in effect for the period <br />from December 1, 2014 to and including September 30, 2015 unless <br />this Contract is sooner terminated as hereinafter provided or <br />unless this Contract is extended in accordance with Section L. <br />of this Contract. <br />C. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS. <br />1. Grantee shall comply with the guidelines set <br />forth in the Act and all applicable federal regulations and <br />guidelines, including but not limited to guidance issued by the <br />Bureau of Justice Assistance, 28 C.F.R. Chapter 1, Part 66, <br />Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Cooperative <br />Agreements to State and Local Governments, and Office of <br />Management and Budget circulars and the effective edition of the <br />Office of Justice Programs' financial manual entitled "Financial <br />Guide." <br />2. Grantee shall comply with all the <br />ordinances, codes, rules and regulations of the Federal, State <br />and local government which in any way affect its performance <br />under this Contract. <br />4 (rev. 12/2013) <br />
