�J+tYIOi M��1 <br />Ni141 <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII -_ <br />♦,art 60;.M'g1r <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />60 15 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE 2015 HAWAII ISLAND WOMEN'S <br />LEADERSHIP FORUM. <br />WHEREAS, the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney oversees the Committee on the <br />Status of Women, and one of the goals of this Committee is to promote women's participation in <br />public and private sectors; and <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of the Hawaii Island Women's Leadership Forum is to <br />advance and celebrate the value of women in our society, cultivate relationships for networking, <br />and move the conversation forward to develop leaders locally; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to <br />the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney for promotional and educational materials for the 2015 <br />Hawaii Island Women's Leadership Forum; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $2,000 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk -Council SVC — Contingency Relief $2,000 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.271.5271.20 Office of the Prosecuting Attorney $2,000 <br />Comm on Status of Women <br />115 Misc.
