Mr. dela Cruz is a lifelong resident <br />of Hawaii. He was employed by the IBEW Local Union 1186 as a Business <br />Representative. <br />Mr. dela Cruz is the Vice Chair of the Big Island Labor Alliance, and a volunteer with the <br />Salvation Army and the Big Island Food Basket. He states that he is a Democrat.
