Church from the North Kona District to the <br />Hawaii County Leeward Planning Commission. Mr. Church is a 45 -year resident of <br />Hawaii. He is the Managing Partner/Owner of the Beach Villas at Kahalu'u. <br />Mr. Church recently served as Chair of the Hawaii County Tax Board of Review, and <br />he currently serves as Treasurer of the Elks Club 2616. He states that he is not <br />affiliated with any political party.
