Kenoi, dated February 11, 2015, submitting for the Council's <br />review and confirmation the above nomination. <br />ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS <br />Res. 91-15: ACCEPTS THE NEGOTIATED LEASE AGREEMENT FOR HAMAKUA LANDS <br />IDENTIFIED AS TAX MAP KEYS: 4-3-009: 055, 056, 057, AND 058 WITH <br />CROWN PACIFIC INTERNATIONAL LLC, PURSUANT TO SECTION 2-114 OF <br />THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE <br />Resolution 38-11 authorized the lease of certain County of Hawaii owned lands and <br />required that the negotiated lease agreement for those lands be accepted by the County <br />Council.
