Neff of Council District 1 to the County of <br />Hawaii Environmental Management Commission. She is a life-long resident of Hawaii. <br />Ms. Neff is the co-owner of The Hawaiian Force, and she is also the Big Island <br />Coordinator for RCUH - University of Hawaii at Manoa's Chilldren's Healthy Living <br />Program. <br />Ms. Neff is a board member of Kua O Ka La Public Charter School, and a board <br />member of Ala Kukui Hana Retreat.
