REQUEST: <br />Authorize a five (5) year lease agreement for one (1) black and white copier for the Department of Research <br />and Development's Hilo office. <br />B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />Current copier was purchased in July 2006. Unit is obsolete and increasingly in need of repair. <br />Lease cost not to exceed $2500 per year.
