Pursuant to Chapter 201E-210, Hawai' i Revised Statutes, the <br /> following exemptions from code requirements and standards, as <br /> established by Public Works, are requested as follows : <br /> 1 . Subdivision Code: <br /> Exemption: That the typical private roadway standards be as <br /> shown on the plan attached as Exhibit "A. " <br /> 3 . Subdivision Code: <br /> Exemption: That the number of lots that access a private <br /> dead end roadway standards be as shown on the plan attached <br /> as Exhibit "A.
