Taira <br /> Assistant Housing Administrator <br /> SUBJECT: Resolution 36-97, Draft 2 <br /> Proposed Keonelehua Heights Affordable Housing Project <br /> On February 7, 1997, the Hawaii County Council approved <br /> Resolution 36-97, Draft 2, authorizing the exemption of the <br /> proposed Keonelehua Heights Affordable Housing Project site <br /> from certain zoning, subdivision and roadway codes and other <br /> requirements, pursuant to Chapters 201E-201 and 201E-210 of <br /> the Hawaii Revised Statutes. <br /> This item also appeared as Resolution 424-96, Keoni Heights, <br /> before being withdrawn by the developer at the meeting of the <br /> Hawaii County Housing Agency on November 20, 1996.
