Arakaki, Chairman <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> FROM: John Santangelo, Chairman ' <br /> Hawaii County Housing Agency <br /> SUBJECT: Resolution for the Hawaii Couxi /Council <br /> University Heights Weet Project <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) has <br /> submitted to the Hawaii County Housing Agency (HCHA) a <br /> resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement to <br /> develop the proposed University Heights West Project as an <br /> affordable housing project pursuant to Section 201E of the <br /> Hawaii Revised Statutes. <br /> The HCHA has reviewed and approved the resolution at its meeting <br /> of January 22, 1997.
