MANAGEMENT
Authorizes the Mayor to enter into one or more ten-year contracts, with two
five-year renewal options, to implement green waste collection sites in
West Hawaii and/or East Hawaii. Any agreement would include an in -vessel
composting component; may include an additional one year to the initial term for
site preparation, mobilization and demobilization; and provide that all on-site
improvements shall belong to the County upon the expiration of the contract
period.

throughout Hawaii Island.
