Z AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-22 (PUNA DISTRICT ZONE MAP), ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION), BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICULTURAL — TWENTY ACRES (A -20a) TO AGRICULTURAL — FIVE ACRES (A -5a) AT `OLA`A RESERVATION LOTS, `OLA`A, PUNA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY: 1-8-005:133. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Section 25-8-22, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as follows: The district classification of the following area situated at `Ola`a, Puna, Hawaii, shall be Agricultural — Five Acres (A -5a): Beginning at the north corner of this parcel of land, being the south corner of Lot 121 of the `Ola`a Reservation Lots, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "Olaa", being 15,567.82 feet south and 24,451.20 feet west and running by azimuths measured clockwise from true south: 1. 3180 40' 1,452.00 feet along the remainder of Grant 4128 to Capital Coffee and Commercial Co., Ltd., along Lot 120 of the `Ola`a Reservation Lots; 480 40' 1,500.00 feet along remainder of Grant 4128 to Capital Coffee and Commercial Co., Ltd., along Lot 130 of the `Ola`a Reservation Lots;
