No. 2) proposed amendments to amend the General Fund Expenditures account to <br />remove funding from the Sister City, Hawai‘i State Association of Counties <br />(HSAC)/Western Interstate Region/National Association of Counties <br />Conferences, and HSAC Executive Meetings (Oahu) accounts and increases the <br />District Allowance Expense account by $19,530. <br /> <br />; and <br />Comm. 143.57: From Council Member Margaret Wille, dated May 21, 2015, transmitting <br />(Memo. No. 3) proposed amendments to amend the General Fund Expenditures account by <br /> decreasing the Postage-Council Services account by $42,177 and the Mayor’s <br />Entertainment account by $23,200 and increasing the Prosecuting Attorney <br />Salaries and Wages account by $44,580, the Health Benefits account by $9,808, <br />the Retirement Benefits account by $7,579, and the Employer Federal Insurance <br />Contributions Act account by $3,410.
