PSMTC-4 BILLS FOR ORDINANCES June 2, 2015 Bill 47: AMENDS CHAPTER 14, ARTICLE 11, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH Revises the process to request, purchase, construct, and install neighborhood watch signs at approved locations. Reference: Comm. 283 Intr. by: Mr. Eagan Postponed: May 5, 2015 (Note: There is a pending motion by Mr. Hagan and duly seconded by Ms. David to recommend passage of Bill 47 on first reading.) ; and Comm. 283.2: From Council Member Greggor Eagan, dated May 14, 2015, transmitting a draft of the Neighborhood Watch sign application as provided by the Hawaii Police Department. ; and Comm. 283.3: From Council Member Greggor Eagan, dated May 20, 2015, transmitting proposed amendments to Bill 47.
