PSMTC-4 <br />BILLS FOR ORDINANCES <br />June 2, 2015 <br />Bill 47: AMENDS CHAPTER 14, ARTICLE 11, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH <br />Revises the process to request, purchase, construct, and install neighborhood watch <br />signs at approved locations. <br />Reference: Comm. 283 <br />Intr. by: Mr. Eagan <br />Postponed: May 5, 2015 <br />(Note: There is a pending motion by Mr. Hagan and duly seconded by Ms. David <br />to recommend passage of Bill 47 on first reading.) <br />; and <br />Comm. 283.2: From Council Member Greggor Eagan, dated May 14, 2015, transmitting a draft of the <br />Neighborhood Watch sign application as provided by the Hawaii Police Department. <br />; and <br />Comm. 283.3: From Council Member Greggor Eagan, dated May 20, 2015, transmitting proposed <br />amendments to Bill 47. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Note: B/R, when listed next to the name of an Introducer, signifies that the Council Member has <br />agreed to introduce legislation `By Request" on behalf of the requesting party.
