Opportunity Act (WIOA) account ($1,521,232); and appropriates the same to the

Amends the Hawai‘i County Code to reflect the provisions of the WIOA, which

Education and Family Literacy Act, the Wagner-Peyser Act, and the Rehabilitation
Act of 1973, to take effect on July 1, 2015.
