Mr. Nelson <br /> is a member of the Association of Hawaiian Civic Clubs and the Army Garrison- <br /> Pohakuloa Training Area Cultural Advisory Council. He is also a member and <br /> chair of the Kahu Ku Mauna Cultural Advisory Council.
