Stebbins, dated June 2, 2015, requesting an attorney-client confidential discussion to consult with the Council regarding the use of one or more attorneys from Maui’s Department of the Corporation Counsel to advise the Board of Ethics on the aforementioned petition, due to a potential conflict of interest within the County’s Office of the Corporation Counsel.
