Complete Streets is a nation-wide program to help local jurisdictions design, build <br /> and operate streets which enable safe access for all users, including pedestrians, bicyclists, <br /> motorists, and transit riders of all ages and abilities. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) <br /> with the State of Hawai`i Department of Health for these funds.
