PWPRC-6 July 23, 2015 ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS BILLS FOR ORDINANCES Bill 62: INITIATES AN AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE VI, CHAPTER 3, SECTION 6-3.4, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CHARTER (2014), RELATING TO COUNTY BANDS Removes language specifying that bandmasters and band employees are appointed and exempt from civil service laws and classifications.
