COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 79 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-3 (NORTH KONA DISTRICT ZONE MAP), <br />ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(2005 EDITION), BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM <br />AGRICULTURAL — THREE ACRES (A-3 a) TO FAMILY AGRICULTURAL — ONE ACRE <br />(FA -la) AT KEOPU 3FD, NORTH KONA, HAWAI`l, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY: <br />7-5-024:078. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Section 25-8-3, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County <br />Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property described <br />hereinafter as follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Keopu 3rd, North Kona, <br />Hawaii, shall be Family Agricultural — One Acre (FA -la): <br />Beginning at a nail in AC pavement at the Northeasterly corner of this parcel of <br />land, being also the Northwesterly corner of Lot B and being a point on the Southerly side <br />of Hiona Street, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey <br />Triangulation Station "KAHELO" being 12,188.32 feet North and 9,110.49 feet East and <br />running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br />1. <br />331' 1 F 192.14 feet along Lot B and along the <br />remainder of Royal Patent 4475, <br />Land Commission Award 7713, <br />Apana 5 to V.
