The required water commitment payment for the additional lot shall be submitted <br />to the Department of Water Supply in accordance with its "Water Commitment <br />Guidelines Policy" within one hundred and eighty (180) days from the effective <br />date of this ordinance. <br />F. Final Subdivision Approval of the affected parcel into a maximum of two (2) lots <br />shall be secured within five (5) years from the effective date of this change of <br />zone ordinance. <br />G. No variance from the minimum water and road requirements of the Subdivision <br />Code shall be granted to subdivide the lot. <br />H. To resolve use issues related to compliance with the Zoning Code [Section 25-5- <br />62(e) relating to Permitted uses in the FA zoning district] for the accessory <br />detached craft room workshop structure that will be created by the proposed 2 -lot <br />subdivision, the Applicant shall establish a farm dwelling upon that proposed lot <br />identified as Lot C-1 on that "Rezoning Exhibit" dated October 17, 2014 prepared <br />by Wes Thomas & Associates and made a part of the Applicant's change of zone <br />application. This farm dwelling shall be constructed and completed within one <br />(1) year from the date of issuance of Final Subdivision Approval. <br />Restrictive covenants in the deeds of all proposed lots within the property shall <br />give notice that the terms of the zoning ordinance prohibit the construction of a <br />second dwelling unit and condominium property regimes on each lot. This <br />restriction may be removed by amendment of this ordinance by the County <br />Council.
