Soil Survey: Honuaulu Series (OSD) - 10-20% slope; permeability is <br /> moderately rapid, runoff is low to moderate and the erosion hazard is slight. This soil <br /> type is used primarily for grazing and orchards. <br /> 14. Flood Zone: The property is located in Zone X, an area determined by FEMA to be <br /> outside the 500-year flood plain. <br /> 15. In a letter dated April 6, 2015,the Department of Land and Natural Resources <br /> Historic Preservation Division(DLNR-SHPD) determined that no historic properties <br /> would be affected by the change of zoning. <br /> 17. Cultural or Native Gathering Rights: There is no evidence of any traditional and <br /> customary Native Hawaiian rights being practiced on the site, nor existence of any known <br /> valued cultural, historical or native resources in the area. <br /> 18. Public Access: There is no record of a designated public access to the shoreline or <br /> mountain areas that traverses the property. <br /> PUBLIC UTILITIES AND SERVICES <br /> 19. Access: Access to the property is from Hiona Street, which is a County roadway with an <br /> existing lane pavement width of approximately 23 feet, with 18-foot paved shoulders, <br /> within an approximately 60 foot wide right-of-way fronting the property.
