Mr. Duane Kanuha,Director <br /> May 29,2015 <br /> Page 5 <br /> 1. $5,293.15 per single family residential unit to the County to <br /> support park and recreational improvements and facilities; <br /> 2. $255.34 per single family residential unit to the County to support <br /> police facilities; <br /> 3. $504.33 per single family residential unit to the County to support <br /> fire facilities; <br /> 4. $220.80 per single family residential unit to the County to support <br /> solid waste facilities; and <br /> 5. $4,703.06 per single family residential unit to the County to <br /> support road and traffic improvements. <br /> In lieu of paying the fair share contribution, the applicant may contribute land <br /> and/or construct improvements/facilities related to parks and recreation,fire, <br /> police, solid waste disposal facilities and roads within the region impacted by <br /> the proposed development, subject to the review and recommendation of the <br /> Planning Director, upon consultation with the appropriate agencies and <br /> approval of the County Council. <br /> The Applicant has not made any payments as of this date. It will,however, <br /> comply with this requirement prior to receipt of Final Subdivision Approval. <br /> G. Should the Council adopt a Unified Impact Fee Ordinance...conditions <br /> included herein shall be credit towards the requirements of the Unified Impact <br /> Fees Ordinance. <br /> This is not applicable, inasmuch as such an ordinance has not been passed as <br /> of this date. <br /> H. To ensure that the Goals and Policies of the Housing Element of the General <br /> Plan are implemented, the applicant shall comply with the requirements of <br /> Hawai'i County Code, Chapter 11, as it relates to affordable housing. <br /> Compliance with Chapter 11 shall be approved by the Administrator of the <br /> Office of Housing and Community Development prior to receipt of Final Plan <br /> Approval and/or Final Subdivision Approval. <br /> The Applicant will comply with this requirement. <br /> I. Comply with all other applicable laws, rules, regulations and requirements of <br /> the affected government agencies for the proposed development. <br /> The Applicant and/or its successors, appropriate contractors,etc. will comply <br /> with this requirement. <br />
