Stevens <br /> TMK: 6-5-7:25 <br /> Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 17, Draft 3, which amends <br /> Condition K relating to the applicant's fair share contribution to mitigate regional impacts. <br /> Because the subject property is in close proximity to the Waimea Park, the amendment deletes <br /> the allocation for parks and recreation. In past rezonings where properties had sufficient <br /> existing park facilities in the immediate area, the park assessment was deleted.
