ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS BILLS FOR ORDINANCES Bill 90: AMENDS CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE 42 OF THE HAWAUI COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO PUBLIC ACCESS, OPEN SPACE, AND NATURAL RESOURCES PRESERVATION Adds language to facilitate the administration of the Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Maintenance Fund; and to enable the Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources Commission to review and evaluate stewardship grant applications associated with the fund.
