The property is located along the south side of Hualalai Road, <br /> approximately 1,100 feet mauka from the Hualalai Road-Kuakini Highway intersection, <br /> Hienaloli 6th and `Auhaukea`e 1st,North Kona, Hawai`i. <br /> The Commission concurs with the following Planning Director's reasons for recommending <br /> favorable consideration of the request: <br /> The applicant is currently requesting a five(5)-year time extension to comply with <br /> Condition C (time to complete construction) of Ordinance No. 05-74. <br /> The amendment request is the result of conditions that could not have been <br /> foreseen or are beyond the control of the applicant, successors or assigns, and that <br /> are not the result of their fault or negligence.
