<br /> Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 Edition), relating to Vehicles and Traffic.
<br /> AYES: Councilmembers Leithead-Todd, Ray, Reynolds, Santangelo, Smith, Tyler,
<br /> Yagong and Chairman Arakaki - 8. NOES: None.
<br /> ABSENT & EXCUSED: Councilmember Chung - 1.
<br /> ORDINANCE 98-98 (Bill 277): An Ordinance amending Section 25-8-33 (City of Hilo
<br /> Zone Map), Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County Code, by
<br /> changing the district classification from Single Family Residential (RS-10) to
<br /> Industrial-Commercial Mixed (MCX-20) at Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, covered by
<br /> TMK 2-2-37:29. AYES: Councilmembers Chung, Leithead-Todd, Ray, Santangelo,
<br /> Smith, Tyler, Yagong and Chairman Arakaki - 8. NOES: None.

<br /> ORDINANCE 98-99 (Bill 278): An Ordinance amending Section 25-8-33 (City of Hilo
<br /> Zone Map), Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County Code, by deleting
<br /> from the City of Hilo Circulation Pattern, the proposed 80-foot wide right-of-way
<br /> Northern Komohana Street Extension, Piihonua and Puueo, South Hilo, Hawaii, covered
<br /> by TMK: 2-3-36:Portions of 2, 13, 18, 19, 25, 34, 41, 43, 44, 45, 48, 49 and 50; and 2-6-
<br /> 8:Portions of 35 and 37. AYES: Councilmembers Leithead-Todd, Ray, Reynolds,
<br /> Santangelo, Smith, Tyler and Chairman Arakaki - 7.
