Should the road improvements under the terms of G [and H] qualify as a <br /> federally funded project, in lieu of the actual construction, the applicant shall <br /> deposit with the County an amount equal to the cost of construction which shall <br /> be paid in a manner meeting with the approval of the Finance Director and the <br /> Chief Engineer prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy in the Village <br /> Commercial zoned area. <br /> [J] I• A Drainage Study shall be prepared and submitted for review and approval to <br /> the Department of Public Works, prior to submittal of plans for subdivision <br /> review. Drainage improvements, if required, shall be constructed meeting with <br /> the approval of the Department of Public Works prior to the issuance of Final <br /> Subdivision Approval. <br /> [K] I• A Solid Waste Management Plan for the subject property shall be prepared and <br /> submitted for approval to the Department of Public Works prior to securing <br /> Final Subdivision Approval. <br /> [L] To ensure that the goals and policies of the Housing Element of the General <br /> Plan are implemented, the applicant shall comply with the requirements of <br /> Chapter 11, Article 1, Hawaii County Code, relating to Affordable Housing, for <br /> all residential lots that are not set aside for employees of the applicant who meet <br /> the prevailing income criteria for an affordable home. <br /> [M] I,.Should any remains of historic sites, such as rock walls, terraces, platforms, <br /> marine shell concentrations or human burials, be encountered, work in the <br /> immediate area shall cease and the Department of Land and Natural <br /> Resources-Historic Preservation Division (DLNR-HPD) shall be immediately <br /> notified.
