Should the road improvements under the terms of G and H qualify as a federally <br />funded project, in lieu of the actual construction, the applicant shall deposit with <br />the County an amount equal to the cost of construction which shall be paid in a <br />manner meeting with the approval of the Finance Director and the Chief <br />Engineer prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy in the Village <br />Commercial zoned area. <br />A Drainage Study shall be prepared and submitted for review and approval to <br />the Department of Public Works, prior to submittal of plans for subdivision <br />review. Drainage improvements, if required, shall be constructed meeting with <br />the approval of the Department of Public Works prior to the issuance of Final <br />Subdivision Approval. <br />K. A Solid Waste Management Plan for the subject property shall be prepared and <br />submitted for approval to the Department of Public Works prior to securing <br />Final Subdivision Approval. <br />L. To ensure that the [Goals and Policies] goals and policies of the Housing <br />Element of the General Plan are implemented, the applicant shall comply with <br />the [applicable requirements of Ordinance No. 98-1, relating to the County of <br />Hawaii Affordable Housing Policy] requirements of Chapter I I. Article 1 _ <br />Hawaii County Coderelating to Affordable Housing. for all residential lots that <br />are not set aside for employees of the applicant who meet the prevailing income <br />M.
