SECTION 4. The monies to be provided from the sources specified in Section 2 shall be appropriated for the purposes and amounts <br />as set forth in Section 7. <br />SECTION 5. The appropriation and authorization in Section 7 includes land purchase, plans, site preparation, equipment purchase, <br />improvements to land and construction. <br />SECTION 6. Authorization to Establish Accounts. The Director of Finance shall open appropriate accounts for each project, make <br />monies available, and expend funds for the projects listed in Section 7. <br />SECTION 7. Capital Improvements Proposed For Fiscal Year 1998-1999. Capital Improvements to be initiated in Fiscal Year <br />1998-1999 are hereby appropriated for the purposes and amounts as set forth herein. The description of each improvement, its estimated <br />cost, its estimated operating cost, and the proposed method of financing each improvement is presented in the respective Project Data and/or <br />Project Data/Financial Impact Statement Sheets (other project information such as a location map is provided when it is available). <br />Improvements have been grouped by: <br />Department of Public Works <br />Police Department <br />Department of Parks and Recreation <br />Fire Department <br />
