COUNTY OF HAWAII __ STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 300 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 2, section 24-267, schedule 15 (One way <br />streets), subsection (f) Kona, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended by <br />adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br />(1 Kahakai Road H vehicular traffic shall move only in the southerly <br />direction for its entire leneth. <br />SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring <br />need not be included. <br />SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br />or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br />of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br />this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />SECTION 4.
