BILL NO. 202 <br />(Draft 3) <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH AN OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />JULY 1, 1998 TO JUNE 30, 1999. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Purpose. It is the purpose of this ordinance to establish an operating budget for the County of Hawaii in <br />compliance with subsection 10-3(a), Hawaii County Charter. <br />SECTION 2. General Summary and Comparative Statements of Revenues and Expenditures. A simple, clear, general <br />summary of the detailed contents of the operating budget and comparative statements of revenues and expenditures are hereby <br />presented. <br />
