No. 473/Bill No. 93 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 11:55 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Bill No. 93, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 93, transmitted by Mayor William P. Kenoi via Communication No. 473 dated September 16, <br /> 2015, amends Section 25-8-33 (City of Hilo Area Zone Map), Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of <br /> the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), by changing the district classification from Agricultural <br /> —20 Acres (A-20a) to Family Agricultural—Three Acres (FA-3a) at Kaumana Homesteads, South Hilo, <br /> Hawai`i, covered by Tax Map Key: 2-5-003:024. The applicants are Mark and Kim Rodrigues, and the <br /> subject parcel covers 25.003 acres. The applicants, who live on the subject parcel, would like to <br /> subdivide the property into five parcels, reserving one lot for themselves and conveying at least one lot <br /> each to their three children.
