OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. 97 141 <br />BILL NO. 1 ig <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE HAWAII <br />COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-279, schedule 27 (Parking on <br />pavement prohibited at all times), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code (1995 <br />edition), is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as <br />follows: <br />Huglilili Street, both sides, beginning at Kaumana Drive and extending <br />gne hundred sixty-eight_feet in the southea�terlv_direction. <br />SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring <br />need not be included. <br />SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br />or circumstances, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br />of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br />this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />SECTION 4.
