The property is located on Manono Street, <br /> approximately 200 feet north from the intersection of Kekuanaoa Street and Manono Street in <br /> Waiakea House Lots, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawai`i. <br /> The Commission concurs with the following Planning Director's reasons for recommending <br /> favorable consideration of the request: <br /> The applicant is requesting a Change of Zone from RS-10 to CN-20 to establish <br /> manufacturing and retail uses on-site, which includes the construction of a new 6,300 <br /> square-foot (35-foot by 180-foot)building. The building is proposed to be single-story <br /> but could include a second level with mezzanines or floors.
