BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, <br /> in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawai`i County Charter, and Section 23-10 of <br /> the Hawai`i County Code, that the County of Hawai`i accepts the dedication of Road Lots 110, 111 <br /> and 509, portions of which contains an area of 108,611 square feet, 26,373 square feet and 53,189 <br /> square feet, more or less, respectively, identified as a portion of Tax Map Key Nos.: (3) 7-3-060:051 <br /> (por.) and (3) 7-3-061:053, delineated on Exhibit"A" attached hereto, including all improvements <br /> thereon for public road purposes. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to: (1)the <br /> Honorable William P.
