The Hawai`i Fire <br /> Department wishes to provide $40,000 to the Anekona Ouli Kanehoa VFD (AOK) <br /> Company, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. These funds will be used by the AOK <br /> Company towards the development and implementation of a volunteer fire station in <br /> Kamuela, Hawai`i. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Hawai`i Fire Department to provide $40,000 to <br /> the Anekona Ouli Kanehoa VFD (AOK) Company, pursuant to Hawai`i County Code <br /> (2005 Edition as amended) Chapter 2, Article 25, Section 2-139(a)(3)(A).
