Kenoi, via Communication No. 523 dated <br /> October 6, 2015, amends Section 25-8-3 (North Kona Zone Map), Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) <br /> of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), by changing the district classification from <br /> Agricultural-Twenty Acres (A-20a)to Family Agricultural-One Acre (FA-1a) at Kalaoa 5th, <br /> North Kona, Hawai`i, covered by Tax Map Key: 7-3-004:012. The applicant is Brett W. Ritchie, and <br /> the subject parcel covers approximately 5.94 acres. <br /> The Leeward Planning Commission, at its duly held public hearing on September 17, 2015, <br /> recommended approval of this item. <br /> Sidney Fuke, Planning Consultant, appeared on behalf of the applicant.
